Powder Booths: Command Aire | Command Aire II | Quick Color Change
Command Aire
- Powder sprayed from the electrostatic gun flows freely around part uniformly coating surface.
- Powder-laden air enters the cartridge module unit where the powder collects on filter cartridges.
- Jets of high pressure air automatically and thoroughly clean cartridge filter.
- Air leaves cartridge filters, passes through HEPA filters and back into the plant as clean air.
- Powder removed from the filter returns to fluidized hopper for reapplication by electrostatic gun(s)
Powder hopper and sieve are replaced easy and fast for different colors.
