    INSA Series 5000 Hopper Unit
    The system is supplied ready-to-operate, connect to 110 volt power, 5 cfms of compressed air, and add powder to the hopper.

    Control Module features One Touch powder output control, digital kv readout, mode coating with either variable or constant voltage, and operator signals.

    The Series 800 hand gun offers high transfer efficiency with the high voltage generator located in the gun. Low voltage is metered from the control module to the gun.

    The fluidized powder hopper holds up to 50 pounds of powder and may be fluidized constantly or when the gun trigger is activated.

    Merlin System
    INSA MERLIN ELECTROSTATIC POWDER APPLICATION SYSTEM
    Operates in three modes:

  • Manual - Remote - Program
  • In remote each gun may be adjusted by a hand held remote control for each part to be coated. The individual gun settings for kv and powder output are then saved in the PLC and may be recalled
  • In the program mode the part program is either selected manually at the unit or may be selected by a remote sensor mounted at the entrance of the booth.
  • Each control module has independent controls for two guns
